One of Vargo & Janson, PC's clients is RMB Services, Inc., a collection agency owned by John Vargo, Jerry Vargo’s son and Yosy Janson’s brother. RMB Services, Inc. has contractual relationships with other creditors/clients that prefer to utilize a collection agency before incurring the legal expense associated with a law firm. RMB Services, Inc. compensates Vargo & Janson, PC with a monthly contractual fee to handle all of RMB's legal needs. Vargo & Janson, PC then represents the legal interests of RMB Services' clients in handling these files (much like an insurance company pays an attorney for defending its insured when the insured is sued by a third party). This arrangement provides a unique opportunity to ensure clients receive not only essential collection processes, but advanced legal services as well. RMB Services, Inc. is a long-standing member of the American Collectors Association (ACA) and has been licensed with the Colorado Collection Agency Board for over 20 years.
